By using EverMemo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

2. Service Description

EverMemo is a platform that allows you to create personalized digital memory pages containing photos, messages, and music, shareable through a unique link. The service is offered as a digital gift for special occasions.

3. Access and Authentication

• No account is required to use EverMemo.
• Edit access to memories is managed through a secure token stored in a browser cookie.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and browser used to create the memory.
• Loss of the edit cookie may result in being unable to edit your memory.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all photos and messages uploaded to the platform.
• By uploading content, you grant EverMemo a license to store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of delivering the memory page.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.
• It is prohibited to upload illegal, abusive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• EverMemo reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Plans and Pricing

EverMemo offers two plans:

• Basic (R$15.90): up to 5 photos, link valid for 1 year, up to 5 edits, YouTube music, and QR Code.
• Premium (R$20.90): up to 10 photos, permanent link, unlimited edits, all templates, and QR Code.

Prices may change with prior notice. Changes do not affect previously purchased memories.

6. Link Availability

• Basic plan memories are available for 1 year from creation.
• Premium plan memories are available permanently.
• Memory pages are publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
• EverMemo does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

7. Third-Party Content

Memories may include YouTube videos. Use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. EverMemo is not responsible for the availability or changes to third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

EverMemo is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, content unavailability, or damages arising from the use of the service. We recommend that you keep backup copies of your photos and messages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
